Our block is in the new Beaumont Rise estate in Beaumont Hills, Sydney.
It was part of the Stage 5 release in October 2009.
The DP registration came through in April 2010.
Sep 2010: There is now an active thread in the HomeOne forums discussing topics for those building in this estate.
